Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal payment within that 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request one in either of these ways:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with; or
• email us at awaugh87@proton.me and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Plans & billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and returns you to the free allowance. A cancellation on its own is not a refund request — use the steps above if you also want your most recent payment back.

Additional information

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase and may give you additional rights. Statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected by this policy.
